This policy explains what Stack and Haul Junk Removal does with the information you give us through this website. It covers this site only.

What we collect

If you fill in the request form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and job description you enter. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

When you submit that form we also store a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the time you agreed to it, and the IP address the submission came from. That record exists so that both you and we have evidence of what was agreed, and so we can demonstrate we had permission to contact you.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote your job, and arrange the work. If you tick the consent box, we may contact you about that enquiry by phone, text message or email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else handles it

This site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and the database the form writes to, and we use Resend to deliver the email alert that tells us a request has arrived. Both act as processors on our behalf. No other company receives your information.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it — answering you, doing the work, and dealing with anything that follows from it — and keep the consent record for as long as we hold the enquiry it belongs to. If you would like your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop. Call (765) 201-5816 or reply to any message we send you.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page.
